Accessible information
Easyhealth is a website where you can find ‘accessible’ health information. ‘Accessible’ information is information that uses easy words with pictures. There are over 500 leaflets on Easyhealth, made by many different organisations. You can print off nearly all the leaflets straight away.
If you, or someone you know, require information in a different format e.g. large text please speak to a member of our team. For more information about the accessible information standard, please visit www.england.nhs.uk
Please click here for the link to our local HealthWatch website.
CQC report
We are monitored, regulated and inspected by the Care Quality Commission. Click Here to read some very positive feedback from our recent inspection.
Friends and Family Test
If you have visited the surgery recently, please complete our survey to share your views and experience.
Named GP
In order to comply with NHS guidelines, all patients registered with the practice will be allocated a named GP. This does not affect the care you receive, and you are still able to see the GP of your choice where possible. If you would like to know the name of your registered GP then please ask a member of our team.
TOP TIP – your registered GP will be on your repeat prescriptions and any letters you receive from the practice.
