From the 16th April, the Patient Participation Group (PPG) will be running a questionnaire for 2 weeks and they would be grateful if patients could take the time to fill one in. This questionnaire will be available via both the practice website and at the surgery in paper format.

From 30th June 2015, Mayford House Surgery will be able to offer patients the opportunity to freely nominate pharmacies across England to send their repeat prescriptions to within 30 minutes. For more information please navigate to ‘Electronic Prescription Service‘ under ‘Information‘.
The Practice has allocated all patients at the practice with a Named Accountable GP.
“The named accountable GP will take lead responsibility for the coordination of all services required under the contract and ensure they are delivered to each of their patients where required (based on the clinical judgment of the named accountable GP).”
